  Was sold a ticket to a movie with a broken projector. Only found out because I went and asked after sitting there for 20 minutes. Was refused a refund but offered a different movie. Which was nice but pointless because if I wanted to see a different movie I would have gone to a different movie. Cinemark at coastal grand mall from here on out if I'm the one buying tickets.
