  Very convenient as far as location - if you into the office with a question or problem, the staff is very helpful - the phone system, on the other hand, is antiquated - messages only listened to 3 times a day and answered within 48 hours - and NO email - so, communication rating is D- at best
  
  Dr. Saunders is good and spends time with patients
