  We are so impressed and happy to have found your company! We first contacted you to service a unit in a house we were selling. The technician you sent was great- friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
  This week we arranged to have the system here in our new residence serviced. Again, we feel fortunate. James Passaretti arrived 10 minutes early (a wonderful surprise)! He carefully explained what he was going to do and explained everything to me when he was done. He even took photos so he could show me.
  James also explained the savings to us for scheduling a follow up service in 6 months. It is such a good value, we signed up.
  When James left, we felt confident that our air conditioning unit is in good shape and we can relax. Thank you so much!
