  They will charge you even for breathing! they charge you for everything. If you try to get out of your lease they will try to screw you over. and if you succeed get ready to pay because you'll have to pay extra.
  I absolutely do not recommend the cove to anyone.
  They say that the place is student housing but they ripoff students.
